Privacy and Security Policy
Express Money Center is committed to protecting your privacy. We recognize the importance
of safeguarding and respecting your privacy, and accordingly have implemented this
Privacy and Security Policy Statement to explain our online privacy and security
policies.
Information Collection
Express Money Center collects information from the following sources:
- Non-public, personal information you knowingly choose to disclose, which is collected
on an individual basis via internet, fax, phone, or mail.

that is, you may direct us to not make those disclosures (other than disclosures

parties, you may complete the opt-out election form provided below and mail it to
us at the address indicated on the form.
Express Money Center may use information collected via correspondence to send you
marketing communications which could include payment notices, account updates, information
about website changes, new Express Money Center products and services, and special
offers. The lists used to send you product and service offers are developed and
managed to safeguard personal information. If you wish to opt out of disclosures
to Express Money Center, you may complete the opt-out election form provided below
and mail it to us at the address indicated on the form.
Cookie and Web Server Information Collection
Cookies help us collect important business and technical statistics which enable
Express Money Center to serve you better. The information in the cookies lets us
track the various paths followed by users of our website as they move from one page
to another while on our website. Web server logs allow Express Money Center to assess
site visits and site visit capacity. These methods are not used to capture individual
e-mail address or any personally identifying information about you.
Information Transfer Security
When applying through Express Money Center, your data is secured through Secure
Socket Layer (SSL) and proprietary encryptions before it is sent. The information
is scrambled en route and decoded once it reaches its destination. We recommend
you do not send confidential information such as your Social Security or account
number through unsecured e-mail or Instant Messenger. Sensitive communications should be transmitted by emailing us at customerservice@expressmoneycenter.com.
Information Protection Security
Express Money Center utilizes Secure Socket Layer (SSL) and additional proprietary
security to safeguard the confidentiality of personal information from unauthorized
access or disclosure and accidental loss, alteration or destruction. SSL encryption
is the industry standard and is commonly used in Internet applications that require
security and privacy for sensitive data.
Information Audits: Express Money Center’s operations and
business practices are constantly reviewed for compliance with corporate policies
and procedures governing the security, confidentiality, and quality of our information.
Employee Confidentiality: Express Money Center’s ethical standards, policies
and practices are dedicated to safeguarding your information. Employee access to
confidential information and the use and disclosure of such information to authorized
persons, processes and transactions follows confidential information best practices,
and is limited.
Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act
Express Money Center does not knowingly solicit data from nor knowingly market to
individuals under the age of 18. Concerned parents can use readily available software
packages to prevent children from accessing websites they deem as inappropriate.
Legally Compelled Disclosure
We may disclose information when legally compelled to do so as required by law,
or for protection of our legal rights.
Requests for Deletion of Information
All information sent to Express Money Center is kept according to strict policies
as stated above in the Express Money Center Privacy Policy. Any information, data,
instant messages, fax documents, emails and voicemail's are stored for the customer's
protection and that of Express Money Center. Data, instant messages and fax documents
are purged at Express Money Center's discretion. Email records are kept indefinitely
per regulatory and company policy requirements. If you have not applied for a loan,
you may request your information to be deleted by sending us an email, fax or a
written request. Once a person has applied for a loan with Express Money Center,
all information received will be kept indefinitely. Denied, pending approved and
hold status applications are kept archived until purged at our discretion. Additionally,
if a person has received a loan with Express Money Center, his/her information cannot
be deleted due to state and Federal regulations and company policies. All customer
information will be kept for a minimum of 2 (two) years.
Specific requests for deletion from individuals who have not applied for a loan
are given priority in deletion. Email notice of deletion is considered sufficient
notice to customer. No further notice will be given. Records of a deletion request
are kept, including any correspondence written or electronic, indefinitely. Included
in such records are the person’s name, address and contact information for
recording and filing purposes.
Notice of Furnishing Negative Information
We may report information about your account to credit bureaus. Late payments, missed
payments, or other defaults on your account may be reflected in your credit report.
Consent
By using our website, you consent to Express Money Center’s collection and
use of your personal information as described in this online Privacy and Security
Policy Statement. If we change our online privacy policies and procedures, we will
post those changes on our website to keep you aware of what information we collect,
how we use it and under what circumstances we may disclose it.

of this Notice must be completed and mailed to the address below.

in this notice, just check the appropriate box or boxes to indicate your privacy
choices. Then send this form to the address listed below:
1. Do not share any personal nonpublic information about me with any Express Money
Center nonaffiliated third parties (other than disclosures permitted by law).
2. Remove my name from your mailing lists used for promotional offers.
3. Remove my name from your telemarketing lists used for promotional offers.
